1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("customer", "you", or "your") and RAINE ARTISTRY CO. ("we", "us", or "our"), a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada, operating the online store at shopraineartistryco.com (the "Site").

By accessing our Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of British Columbia
  • You are not prohibited from purchasing our products under any applicable law

3. Products & Services

Physical Products We sell physical goods that are shipped to addresses within Canada. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Digital Products We sell digital products available for download. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without our express written consent.

Product Accuracy We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colours or details will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments and PayPal. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

For installment plan purchases, you agree to the payment schedule presented at checkout. Missed or failed payments may result in cancellation of your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

Order Confirmation Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we have confirmed and accepted it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders are accepted in advance of a product's availability. Estimated fulfillment dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Shipping We ship within Canada only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our separate policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference:

  • Refund & Return Policy — governs returns and refunds for physical and digital products
  • Cancellation Policy — governs cancellation of pre-orders and installment plans

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and those policies, the specific policy will take precedence.

7. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

Discount Codes Discount codes are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of issue. Codes may have expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements, or product exclusions. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

Gift Cards Gift cards are issued in CAD and are redeemable toward purchases on our Site. Gift cards have no cash value, cannot be returned or refunded, and are non-transferable. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Gift cards do not expire.

Loyalty Programs If we operate a loyalty or rewards program, participation is subject to the specific terms of that program. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time. Accumulated rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

8. Customer Accounts

You may create an account on our Site to manage orders and save preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property

Raine Artistry Co. owns all content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and digital product files, unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our express written permission. Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal use licence only — it does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Site to:

  • Violate any applicable Canadian federal or provincial laws or regulations
  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit digital products without written consent
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our Site
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site's functionality

11. Limitation of Liability

Raine Artistry Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of our products or Site content, except as required by applicable Canadian law.

13. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as Shopify, PayPal, Flodesk, Google Analytics, and Meta). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
