Cancellation policy

Installment Plans

Customers who purchase through an installment plan may cancel their plan by providing 15 days written notice before their next scheduled payment date. To request a cancellation, please contact us at raineartistryco@gmail.com

Please note:

  • Cancellations received after the notice period has passed will take effect on the following billing cycle.
  • Any payments already processed at the time of cancellation are non-refundable, as they cover goods or services already received or shipped.
  • Outstanding balances remaining at the time of cancellation are still due in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Pre-Orders

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item has been fulfilled and shipped. Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return under our standard return policy.

To cancel a pre-order, contact us at raineartistryco@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

  • Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
  • If a pre-order was placed using an installment plan, please refer to the Installment Plans section above.
