It matters to us that you love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help make it right — please read below to understand how returns and exchanges work for our online store.
Physical Products
Return & Exchange Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on eligible physical items.
To Be Eligible, Items Must Be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Non-Eligible Items (Final Sale)
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale or No Returns on the product page
- Items purchased at a discount greater than 15% off
- Gift cards
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at raineartistryco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital item has been accessed or downloaded.
If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, please contact us at raineartistryco@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled and fully refunded at any time before the item has been fulfilled and shipped. Once a pre-ordered item has been dispatched, our standard physical product return policy applies. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Installment Plans
If a return is approved for an item purchased through an installment plan, any future payments will be cancelled and a refund will be issued for amounts already paid, minus any non-refundable shipping costs. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
How to Start a Return

- We will respond within 2 business days to approve or follow up on your request
- Ship the item back to us at
