Overview
We ship all physical orders from Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Rates
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD (before taxes). This offer applies automatically at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Standard Shipping
For orders under $150 CAD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically via a download link sent to your email address upon payment confirmation. There are no shipping charges for digital products.
Processing & Delivery Times
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
Once shipped, estimated delivery within Canada is 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Total Estimated Timeline
From the time you place your order to delivery at your door, please allow approximately 3–7 business days in total. This is an estimate and not a guarantee and does not apply to those items labeled as "pre-orders".
Shipping Carriers
We ship using a selection of trusted Canadian carriers, which may include Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and others. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location, package size, and best available rate at the time of fulfillment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at raineartistryco@gmail.com
Pre-Order Shipping
For pre-ordered items, shipping will occur once the product becomes available. Estimated fulfillment dates are provided on the product page and are given in good faith, but are not guaranteed. You will be notified by email when your pre-order has shipped.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately. Please contact us at raineartistryco@gmail.com if you have a preference.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during peak seasons (e.g. holidays)
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Severe weather or natural events
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been handed off for shipment. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at raineartistryco@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your building's mailroom. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at raineartistryco@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at raineartistryco@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at [your email] and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
